A big part of it is pacing, you got to not do stuff that'll drive you crazy. Discipline is also really important, you need an extreme sense of duty towards finishing something you start (and will often find yourself hating while you're in the middle of it). In reality, you could be a way bigger CT fan than I am easily. Also, this is really only my 13th episode in the series (I took over from the creator starting with episode 11)... so it's a bit much yet to say I've done 23 episodes myself.
